I have lost all motivation lately for WR tasks.  But I know I need to get my butt in gear and find a bra to wear under my (strapless) dress.  I tried the dress on with a corset bra, and I think that is what I need, so that I feel "secure".  I have no idea where to find those, however.  I also need somewhere that will take measurements and help me find one that fits right.  Does anyone know if Victoria's Secret or any of the big department stores have them? 

Anyone know of any smaller stores in Greensboro/High Point area have them?  I think I've seen rec's for places in the Raleigh area, but I am too lazy to drive outside that area for anthing wedding related, plus I really don't have the time.

    I am no help at locations, but I wanted to toss another thought out to you. Have you had alterations done yet? Are you by any chance using Olga? Olga, and many other seamstresses, can and might even prefer to sew in some cups to the dress. This way, you don't have to worry about a bra on the big day. Then there is no chance that a strap could show in the back, and you don't have to tug at two things. Sewn in cups can make smaller girls look bigger, and are even do-able for bigger girls. Just a thought! Give your seamstress of choice a call to find out what would work best for you and your dress.

    I'm not using Olga (again, too lazy too drive that far).  Also, I am rather large on top and need a lot of support and don't think I would feel comfortable relying solely on the dress.  I had hesitations about the strapless dress anyway, but wearing it with the corset bra they had at the store made me feel more comfortable about it!  Thanks for the suggestion though.

    I know DB in greensboro sells them (corset bra) for a reasonable price. I tried one on when I found my dress and it was perfect under my dress and it was my exact bra size. Hope this helps.

    Dillards!

    They had a great selection when I went to the one in Charlotte and I know that the one in Greensboro is a pretty good size.  They have specialist in the lingerie dept that can help you.

    Belks or Nordstrom has them.  also David's bridal is a good choice.  best of luck.

    It may be to far, but at the Hanes Brands Outlet store in Winston has them. They also will take measurements and make sure that you have one that fits you perfect! To make it even better, they are cheaper than most places as well! HTH

    VS does take measurements and I believe they carry corset bras. They might be a little on the pricey side though.

    I've gotten some nice ones at Dillards, Belks, and Macys, and online too (Ebay! Yes, brand new of course :) )
