JUST engaged and my head is in the clouds!!!

Oh I'm so excited!!! I just got engaged on Sunday night (48 hours ago) and my fiance, Joel, surprised me soooo perfectly!!! I wasn't expecting him to do it this visit (he lives in Calgary, Canada, I'm in Northern California) but he did! He did it!!! :D does this initial happiness go away at all?!?!

    Congrats! I felt in the clouds for a bit right after our engagement.  For me it did go away a little bit eventually, but now we are three weeks from the wedding and it has returned!  I am assuming it will happen again for a few months after the wedding.

    Awesome!!! Congrats!!! I'm sure it will go away soon, but I know it will come back closer to the wedding!!
