Hey girls, I need some help! Fi and I went to our food tasting and are having a hard time with our decision on the main courses (buffet style). We chose a beef tenderloin, and a chicken rollatini, but we get to pick 3. Neither of us like seafood so we didn't even taste the salmon or tilapia. We thought at the time we would chose a different chicken option for the 3rd selection. Now that I'm really thinking about it, we should have a seafood dish to offer rather than a 2nd chicken dish. We have 135 guests so we need to have a wide selection. SO... My question is. Would you prefer tilapia or salmon? And for you seafood lovers, what do you think would be most popular of the two at the wedding? I'm nervous to offer something we haven't tasted but I think we have to offer a seafood dish.
