re: your post on the 27th for Wedding Invites - I am so sorry I didn't get back to you sooner - I am new to these boards and didn't know how to check if someone posted back a question!
Do they add glue if you ask: I didn't ask - I found out there was no glue once I received my order but it is certainly worth asking (NB - I was talking to a fam friend over the weekend since she received our invites - she said invites from India rarely have glue). We ended up using a glue stick - but since I wasn't sure that was secure we also did a wax seal... with a little heart. It was a project but my fiance and I did it one night - and it didn't take too long (inviting 200 people, 104 actual invites).
In terms of what made it a tough process: It was just a lot of back and forth - we didn't get to see a physical proof before ordering. And I had a couple inserts - so making sure the exact wording, etc was correct. And once I saw the layout (e-proof) there were certain things I wanted to change, etc. Spent about 3 or 4 weeks going back and forth with them (not daily - more like 2 - 3 times a week). One thing that annoyed me was after 2 weeks they told me that the next round had to be final or I had to submit a new order since you are supposed to only get 2 rounds of proofs. I pushed back on them since they never specified that up front or on their website.
So yes, some challenges but in the end worth it. Let me know if you want me to send you pics. Was VERY happy with the end product and have received lots of compliments. Good luck!!!
