I'm not sure if I'm on the right track with my eating. I always feel like I am either too full or starving to death!
On a normal morning I eat a small omelett or something along those lines with some protein to it since I run in the morning time. If I am stuck with a late lunch I eat some greek yogurt sometimes with a little fruit in it for a snack. Lunch I opt for something like a turkey spinach wrap and then dinner usually a small portion of grilled chicken with a big salad or lots of veggies.
From what I've figured up I'm on target calorie wise (~1200 calories) for what I eat each day and I drink TONS of water.
Any suggestions of what I should change up?
