Can a country band sing a non country song for our 1st song?

We want our first dance to be "fly me to the moon" does anyone know if it is okay to ask them to learn it on our behalf? 

We like country music, and thats all his fam listens to so we got a country band booked but we don't want our first dance to be country.  His mom booked the band so I don't really have a way to ask them and she has already hinted heavily that she wants us to dance to a country song.

    I would ask your FI mom for the contact information. Your going to want to check in with them closer to the wedding anyway. I don't think it hurts to ask them.

    I love country music! I would ask for there contact information, you will need it. You can suggest songs for them to play and also learn the one you want. I dont think the band would mind.

    Get their contact information and call them.  I would hope they would be versitile enough to be able to sing this.  That's a pretty standard song.
