The Ranch House at Teravista

 I have an appointment to view this place on Wednesday but figured I'd try to do a little Knottie recon. Has anyone uesd this venue/heard about it? I went and peeked around there today and it looked a lot smaller than the pictures and it was dirty with a broken window....needless to say I'm alittle worried...Help!

    I personally have never heard of it, but if it looks smaller and has a broken window, you might want to contact the owner to see if they plan on fixing the issues sighted. If not, I wouldn't waste your time in going to the appointment. There are too many other venues to look at. :)

    I viewed it last week and it looked nice. I did not see a broken window when i was there so it must be something recent. It is super reasonably priced too :)
