It's exciting to look at the wedding to do list and see you have checks on it. We booked so much in the past 3 weeks! We are getting married at my family church at St. Patricks in McKeesport, our reception will be at the Syria Mossque in Cheswick, our photographer is Theresa Glenn, our DJ is Tom Chorba and I said Yes to a dress at Bridal Beginnings yesterday. I think I am going to slow down on the planning now since some of the big things are done, plus our wedding isn't until next May. Is anyone else ahead?

    Way to go on all the checks, Pitt!!

    Our date is next June, and we've got the venue for the ceremony and reception booked (we're doing everything at Stonebridge Farm Nursery in Ambridge) and they have a caterer they use, and I've already talked to them to make sure we're in their book. We've also got our photographer squared away, I've got musicians lined up for the ceremony, and my wedding dress is safely tucked away in one of our spare bedrooms (cash and carry sale, whoo-hoo). Vendors are already starting to fill up their slots for next summer though, so I need to jump on finding a DJ soon. I've also been keeping an eye out for good deals on decorations...scored an arbor to use for the ceremony at Hobby Lobby the other day on the cheap because it was from last summer's stock.

    Do you guys have pictures of your dresses? I love seeing other dresses...I'm always kind of amazed at how many different ways a wedding dress can look!!
