My friend's sister is getting married in a couple weeks, and the bachelorette party is this weekend. I am not invited to this wedding, as I'm not that close with the girl but am good friends with her sister. My friend invited me to go float the river with them for the bachelorette party. I said no, I'm not crashing your sister's B-party, and didn't hear much about it for awhile. Well she just called me this weekend and told me again that she really really wanted me to come float the river with them and that her sister said it was fine and that it wasn't a big deal, there were a big group of girls going. So I said ok we'll see, and now she's telling me how she's so excited for it, but I still feel kind of awkward about it, if that really is the B-party. Would you go?
Re: Would you go?
I say, if you want to spend some time outside with your friend and the sis is OK with it, you should go and have fun.
I'd go. I had three people "crash" my bachelorette party, because we went down to a St. Patrick's Day festival where one of my readers is originally from, so they met up with us when we got down there. They knew perfectly well that they weren't invited to the wedding, and I had no problems with them being there.

Yeah, I'd probably go. I don't think it would be weird; there will be a lot of other people on the river that are not in the b-party so I think it will be fine. Plus, I'm wondering if maybe your friend is looking for someone to go with her since she it's all her sisters friends otherwise.
Ok thanks, I feel a lot better now!
