Do you think zicam does anything?  It's this gross tasting stuff you spray in your mouth when you're getting a cold to help stave it off.  So far I'm unimpressed.

    I take the dissolvable tablets and yeah, they're gross.  I think they work though!

    I do the tablets as well, and I swear by it. They taste gross but they are worth it in my opinion. As long as I take it within the 24 hours, or whatever it is they suggest and keep up with it, it has always worked for me.

    I used to use the gel swabs that you stick in your nose (I can't figure out how to word that without thinking "ew") and I always thought they worked.  I've never tried the other ones though.

    Yeah im pretty sure those nose swabs made people lose their sense of smell or something like that.

    Yeah, I heard about that.  I think there was another gel type that looked like a nasal spray so people were inhaling the gel so that probably didn't help.

    Try Cold FX, if you are getting sick, you can take 9 pills the first day then downgrade from there, I take them and they totally help.
