  • People are so. Dumb.

  • Why do people still not understand FB?  I don't get it.  Dumb.

Or how jury duty works...I'm pretty sure they tell you not to talk about the case to anyone, or am I wrong?
  • Yeah I heard about that, too.

One of those live-and-learn situations for this girl, I suppose.  Stories like this sometimes make me wish it was literally possible to smack sense into some people.

  • Exactly.

Don't post all your business on FB.

Don't talk about the trial you are serving on.

Is it that difficult?  Grrr, I need to laser someone's eyes out.  (mostly because I'm stressed about work and school, but this did make me a little angry, too).
  • If your Wall is open to everyone, you might as well be publishing whatever you say in the local newspaper. This one would be unacceptable even if her wall were just friends, but it is truly hella stupid to have a publicly available wall and put this on it.

Me too, don't post your business on FB, that's how stalkers figure out your routine, and stalk you.

  • How did this girl even get to be a juror.  The one time I got called for jury duty, they ask you in the questioning if you thought you would have any problems keeping the details of the case to yourself until it was over.  I can guarantee you they probably drill that into you after you are selected too.  Wow...this girl should spend the night in jail for being so stupid...
