How do I add Photo to Signature / Post?

Hi,
I'm sure this topic has been covered a zillion times on this board, but I used the search function and couldn't find out how to add a photo a post or to my Signature so it shows up everytime I post. Please help!

    This may help you...

    * To upload a picture into your siggy, first upload it to tinypic.com.  Choose either the Thumbnail or Website/Email option.  Once it's finished, choose the "HTML for Websites" option.  Copy and paste this code into your siggy.
