Hello,

I am getting married at the Powel Crosley Estate in May.  I am in search of a good photographer that offers unique and classic pictures... Any suggestions?

    From personal experience, I used Scites Photography for my Save the Date/Engagement photos that turned out awesome and we got so many compliments on them for the uniquenes and creativuty of them, his website is:

    I then used Mandy&Me for my wedding photos (didn't use Chris b/c he was booked for our date), but absolutely loved them too!

    I am bringing my own photographer in from out of town (cheaper), but Jason Angelini's stuff looks amazing to me. Google him and see if he's up your alley. Good luck!

    There are so many great photographers around here, you can check prior posts with some popular names that girls used. I know a lot of ladies here like Jason A, Stephanie Smith, and some others, we personally were really happy with Marina with In True Colors  photography, she did an awesome job for us, she is in Sarasota, and her website is www.intruecolors.com

    I agree, there are so many great photographers in the area and it comes down to your budget and taste.

    I'm using Scites Photography, Chris is very nice and has a great portfolio. I look forward to working with him.

    It all depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for someone who is great to work with and doesn't force you to do packages Jason Angelini is the way to go.

    He does 11 Hours of pictures and then gives you the option to purchase prints a CD, album all alacarte. (if you buy and Album your CD comes with it)

    Many of the other photographers have set packages, although they will give and take here and there.

    I would make a ruough day of timeline, see what is most important to you to have photographed, and then go based off time.

    Another photographer I HIGHLY recommend is Phillip Lloyd. He has stunning work, but is another photographer who offers packages once again.

    I would absolutely recommend Stephanie A. Smith.  She has a great eye for awesome photographs. We did our engagement shoot with her and I loved all my pictures.  She makes you feel so comfortable and you hardly know she is there taking photos.  You tell her what you want and she totally gets it. She is creative and will give you something different than the normal point and shoot!

    I recommend Phillip Lloyd. He and my FH hit it off the first time they met.  He really cares about his couples and goes out of his way to make your photographs unique. 

    I also like Carrie Wildes. She is amazing too, but she and my husband didn't have the same connection, so we went with Phillip.

    I'm using Jason Angelini!! :) Him and his wife are awesome! His wife has actually helped me plan bits and pieces of my wedding! :)

    I have heard great things about Jason. 
    Mandy Blair Photography sounds like what you are looking for. Check her website out she has some great editing work that really makes the pictures look unique and classic! She is based in Orlando yet travels all over and Clearwater is not far at all.
