Liberty Travel vs. Beachdestinations.com

I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on using Liberty Travel vs Beachdestinations.com (an online travel agency). I can get the same deal on the hotels/flights through both, but just want to see if anyone's had good or bad experiences with either company or just have some general suggestions on choosing a travel agency?

    weeeell, as a lot of other ladies know, I often recommend using Liberty Travel, especially over an itnernet site. I've heard many horror stories from people who book online and have something go wrong. When you book online, who do you call for help? Some 800 number? If I have a choice I'd book with a real live person over an internet site any day.

    I have used Liberty Travel several times. They have always matched/beat prices I find online.  We have also received room upgrades & extras thru them because of their relationship with resorts.

    We used Liberty Travel for a few vacations and have been very happy with their service.  We have always been happy with our rooms and transportation once at our destination.  Good luck!
