Besides your standard weddings pics and poses getting ready, family, WP etc what special pictures, poses, moments are you asking your photographer to capture? Are you using any props? Like those pictures with frames, riding a bike, moustaches and lips, balloons etc etc.

    I sent our photographer some pictures I'd like to try to recreate. My biggest (must have) is a generational ring photo. It's a picture of my hand, my mom's hand, and my grandma's hand, all with our rings on. Also, I found a butterfly bench somewhere on our venue's property, and am dying to get pictures with it, just have to find it!

    I sent my photographer a detailed list of every picture that we must have, and then I'm letting her use her judgement/be creative.

    I am sending our photographer our must have pics.  One of them will be our wedding invitation with our rings on top of it.  Another cool one I am doing will be our rings tied with twine in a knot for "tying the knot" I found it on pinterest.

    I actually probably should be more specific with our photographer. The only photos I gave to her so far are lists of the formal portraits we need to do at the church.

    She has awesome style so I'm not sure writing out all the detail photos are necessary (edit: since I know she'll get them), but I may just go through my Pinterest and make a list for her anyway.

    I told our photog that I do not want a lot of posed photos. I am going for that photo-journalistic look.

    I made "I'm his Mrs."/"I'm her Mr." signs, but that's the only prop. We are planning (if the rain holds off!) to just use our venue's cool setting to inspire us. Hopefully it turns out well!

    Aw man! I forgot to mention to PIP any faves! Oh well!

    Lol Scatzi, FI and I are doing the same thing! Well mostly me going through pics and having him approve or veto the idea haha. I showed him the pictures before the ceremony where the couple talk or hold hands on seperate sides of a door, surprisingly he loved it! I want a few cool veil pics and there's a playhouse at our venue that I have to figure out what we want to do with
