I am doing something unique for my wedding and I will disclose it all when the time comes but I have a question. How does a general reception lineup go:
Do they announce it as the brides parents? Grooms parents? Best Man/Maid of Honor then rest of bridal party? I am trying to get the formal introductions. Thanks
Re: Reception Lineup Help
Hello. I've waited here for you. Everlong<3<br>
We did
Groom's grandma
Bride's grandparents
groom's parents
bride's parents
BM & GM
MOH & BM
Bride & Groom
we did not have a flower girl or ring bearer
[QUOTE]usually its.. brides parents grooms parents bridesmaids/groomsmen maid and best men bride and groom

That is usually how it's done..
But you can change it up -
We had -
Bride's grandparents (they walked in)
Bride's parents
Groom's parents
Groomsman #1, bridesmaid and Groomsman #2 (together)
Matron of honor, flower girl, Groomsman #3 (together)
Maid of Honor and Best man
Then we came in.
I stressed about the order, but my sister advised me this way would look best as to who was walking in together.
So that's someting to think about. (Who will walk with who)
Good luck!
(Also, my DJ said that grandparents are usually acknowledged from their seats)
