(that was given to me) of old-skool BH&G cookbooks. You know the kind - weenies as an entree, lots of radish garnishes, everything's got gravy. (My favorite is the "Make Now Serve Later" cookbook that has some chicken/bread entree on the cover that looks like someone either covered it with cake glaze... or jizz.)
I've been thinking about actually making the recipes - complete w/ garnishes and presentations - and taking pictures of it.
Thoughts?
