Ok so I don't know if you remember from a while back but my priest fell through because he had scheduled a wedding on the day we were having ours but didn't realize it till 3 months later. So since then my fiance has a really good family friend that is a deacon so we have asked him to do our wedding. Now the only problem is that we still need a priest so I have just contacted the main priest at the church were getting married at to be there and am just waiting on a reply.
Now we were still doing marriage prep stuff through the original priest and the couple that were helping him with it. Recently however the priest has "left" the diocese for the moment because I guess he is having difficulties with his spiritual guidance and his position in the diocese in general, which is not good for him and I hope he figures out he needs to do, but it's also very agravating for us! Me and my fiance are just so overwhelemed trying to contact a bunch of people to figure out what were needing to do since it seems we may lose where were at all together. ARG it is just so frustrating!
we never were even able to do the preliminary interview yet so were basically just stuck, on the brightside however, money and application has been sent for our engaged encounter!!!! :-)
