It's the freakin' weekend!

It is finally Friday! I am thankful for the week to be over with. What do you have going on for the weekend? Any special Mother's Day plans?

Today: I am working until 330, then later this evening I am meeting up with one of my friends who is back in town for the weekend. I am very excited to see her!!

Tomorrow: I am cutting my hair. Well trimming it because I like the length. I haven't cut my hair in 10 months so I am due. Also, I hope it doesn't rain because I want to go on a bike ride or something.

Sunday: FI and I are trying to get both of our families to go to church and then we are taking our parents out to breakfast. Then we will most likely go see both of my Grandma's in the afternoon.

Today: Work until 12 and then I'm going to see my former first graders' concert. I was their long term substitute for four months and I miss them SO much. Then my niece is going to prom, so I'll see her off and casually threaten her boyfriend.

Tomorrow: My dad's 70th birthday was yesterday so we're celebrating it tomorrow with a family BBQ. We're also going to the Pirates game tomorrow night with friends.

Sunday: I don't know what we're doing with my mom but I have to CLEAN like crazy! FI doesn't see the ring around the bathtub but I do and it's so gross.

Today:alll I have to say is TGIF! I am working till 4 and finally feeling better after having this nasty stomach bug for 3 days! Only bad this is FI might have it now

I am hoping to get a run in after work though!

Saturday: I am excited because I finally have a free weekend/day to do anything, so I am probably going to go for an early run, then I have an appointment to get my car an oil change, then hopefully enjoying the nice day we are supposed to have.

Sunday: We will be doing something with my mom, and FIs family.

Today: work then we are having friends over for dinner. They have a daughter around DD's age and they love to play together.

Tomorrow: I really need to renew my lisence before I forget. Then going over to FI's parents house for an early Mother's Day.

Sunday: Hopefully sleeping in then if it is nice out going to the park. DD loves the swings. Then we invited my parents over for Mother's Day dinner.

Christine - I attempted my first hanger last night. It turned out alright, but I am going to redo it. I cannot make a cursive 's' to save my life. Thanks for those websites, they are lifesavers, hah!

I'm so happy the weekend is almost here. I've been working 12 hour days and I'm exhausted!

FI and I are inviting our parents and my grandparents over for mothers day dinner. So we will both be busy cleaning like crazy (house is a disaster due to our hectic schedules lately) and cooking all day sunday.

I'm off today, so I have a lot of cleaning to do, and I need to finish my mothers day present. Saturday I work but after work I am going to a big mothers day dinner with my moms whole family. Sunday work again, then going to see my mom then FIs mom. So busy :

Today I need to run to the mall and pick up Mother's Day gifts for my mom and my aunt (who raised me and is like a 2nd mom to me.) Tonight is FI's late night so munchkin and I are on our own. I told her she could pick dinner tonight and she wants pb&j and green beans. *gag* After she goes to bed, I have a date with Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventures crew. What fun! lol

Tomorrow, FI is helping someone move so I'm taking ladybug to see a magic show at the park district, then stopping at the printer's to check out their prices for invite printing. I also need to finalize the guest list and decide if I need to order more envelopes/cardstock/etc. I fell in love with the idea of the wraparound labels, so I might get started on those. Even if someone moves and I have to redo one or 2 later on, I'd rather have the bulk of them finished. I'll just keep the design on hand and changes will be a snap. Might start on the labels for my favors as well.

Sunday, I'll sleep in and FI will take our 4 year old with him to "run some errands" - which means he'll be doing Mother's Day shopping. lol Then we'll go to dinner at my aunt's house. I may even indulge myself a little and enjoy the (bad for my diet) food that she'll have because she always caters and their food is phenomenal!

Today our entire work unit will be treated to lunch by our boss! I certainly think we all will appreciate her efforts. All smiles!!!!!

Saturday I will be attending a closing ceremony of a netball game and will also watch the final matches that will be played.

Sunday we will have over a few family members for Mothers Day Dinner.(Finalizing the menu!)

The weekend should be an excited one. Looking forward to an interesting weekend with lots to do and ofcourse for us mothers to be treated as well as returning the favour by treating those moms in return.
