Budget Friendly Reception sites in Racine/Kenosha Area

I need advice on budget friendly reception sites in the Racine, WI and Kenosha, WI area. I'm looking at Summer 2012. It'd be wonderful if it could be near Lake Michigan (or water in general), but I'm considering anything (ballroom, outdoors, restaurant, etc.). Would love to know what others have found!

    Our wedding reception is at Infusino's banquet hall in Racine. The rental price is only about $250, and the food prices are very reasonable. When I was originally looking I would find places that had hideous carpet or a bad wall color and my dad would say "It's just a room", but us brides know it's gotta look nice! Infusino's hall is nice and nuetral, and they have some lights up around the bar area that add a little touch of sparkle. We will be having our DJ do purple uplighting to add some color.
