    tomatoes,basil garlic and olive oil
    relish.imported domestic cheese and fruit
    platter spinach and feta spanikopita
    crudites plate with assorted dipping
    sauces pilaf of  rice,corn and
    herbs
    atlantic salmon

    chicken breast with dijon,caper, white wine sauce
    roasted baby red potatoes
     with
    rosemary.

    jamacian jerk chicken skewers

    garden ceremony in may, it will be semi  formal

    Penne with pesto and seasonal vegetables

    Tofu and vegetable pot pie

    Roasted vegetable flat bread topped with goat cheese and arugula salad

    Vegetable risotto

    Grilled, stuffed portobello mushroom on a bed f couscous w/ tomato sauce
