Are you sending out Thank You's to declined RSVPs?

Just wondering: are you planning to send out Thank you-cards to declined RSVPs? The ones who couldnt make it to the wedding and also didnt send gifts? If they couldn't attend, but send gifts - then I'm definitely sending a Thank you cards...but what about the ones, who didnt do either?

I hadn't considered that. I'm not sure what you would be thanking them for. Interested to see what everyone else says...

Deffinatley not! If you give a gift or even come with out a gift (this will be harder to track so I probably won't do), you will get a thank you note. I have enough thank you notes to write lol and I don't want to add any more!!

Lol. I'm only sending TYs to people who come to the wedding. If someone who can't come sends a gift, obviously they will recieve a TY note.

if they sent a gift or even just a card, then yes. If they didn't attend nor sent a gift/card then no. Like PPs said, what would you thank them for?

Oh good! I just read on another forum and it was listed as an etiquette to send same people the Thank you card... I was wondering the same thing like you: what would I thank them for?

Haha omg I didn't even think of that. We received an RSVP decline that I sent a Ty to but only bc it had a Check In it. I haven't sent any other tys for other "no's". The thought never crossed my mind.
