Something Blue Nail Polish Heart

Hey Ladies!  I came across this idea on Pinterest and I love it for my something blue.  (I'd do the heart only on my left ring finger)

But I have no idea how to do this.  Does anyone know?  I would really rather not have to pay a pro to do it if at all possible.

    do you have a heart hole punch?  You could punch out a hole in a piece of paper..have someone hold the paper while you paint!

    Very cute! Above idea is perfect or you can have someone draw it with a blue sharpie and put a clear coat over it. There are also heart stickers you can buy.

    A sharpie would bleed after putting a clear top coat over it... I've tried it :/

    OP, you make 3 dots of nail polish on you nail, then take a toothpick and drag the dots together, making the heart connect. 
     The dots should look like this:

       o o
         o
    Shaped V like, then dragged in V form. Hope this makes sense! :)

    There are tons of nail decal stickers that you can buy.  You could always buy one of those nail polish "sticker" kits and cut out a heart?

    I use the sally hansen nail art nail polish, it has little brushes (like liquid eyeliner almost) and i make little hearts with it. It's almost like making a puffy "v". Play around on paper first.
