Same Results?

I have been doing cardio 5 days a week for an hour at a medium intensity(elliptical or treadmill)..but now I want a change can I get the same results by doing cardio 3 times a week? If so what do you recommend (intensity, length of time, etc)?

    Well, it depends on what your goals are.  Are you only trying to lose weight, or are you wanting to look hotter in the process? 

    HIIT wins out over steady state any day, and better yet would be adding in strength training, but you've heard (read?) me say that a million times.

    You're good...I have been hesitant, I don't want strange guys watching me as I lift weights and I don't want to do it at home either...I need to just ignore them but it is definitely something I am struggling with...Thanks for your advice!
