I posted last week a negative review about a vendor, so I figure I'll balance that karma out with a positive one.
I bought my dyable shoes from Payless in Middletown 3 months ago and had them dyed ivory. I stuck a shoe stretcher in them and let them sit until my second fitting last night. I took them out and there were 2 dark marks on the top of one, and I freaked. Stupidly, I took a damp cloth to it to try to get the mark out. Which worked, only it also took out the dye!!!! I panic called Payless and just dropped them off. Not only are they replacing them for me, but they're rushing them since my wedding is in 12 days and my final fitting is Monday. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! I'm totally impressed. They'll be here Friday!
They have a small but versatile selection of dyable/special occassion shoes. Don't knock it, check them out! (They even have wide width!)
