Ohh Where to do it?!

So My fiance and I decided to go off with a few close family members and get married on a beautiful beach! What is a resonable budget? Can anyone reccomend a place? We were thinking...

-Mexico (where is the best)
-Puerto Rico
-Florida
-Jamaica

Just someplace pretty. Any advice on how to go about planning? We were thinking of going around October-November 2013.
Anything helps

We are having ours in Puerto Rico!! A few places to look at there are the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa and the Hacienda Siesta Alegre. Best of luck!

What are your priorities? What are your must-haves? This helped us determine our location and our budget. We are also working with Beach Bum Vacation who really helped us determine where to go and helped us find our resort. They are free to work with and very helpful!! I am working with Melissa. But I think the most important thing is to determine what you must have on your special day and that will help to rule out a lot of places.

Welcome and congrats! Like Lora said what are some of your must haves? Do you want to easily get legally married whereever you go? Do you want fairly inexpensive to travel to? Do you want all inclusive? Those are some questions you need to discuss with FI first. We are getting married in FL which worked out well for us because it is very simple to get married there, (no waiting period and no extra paperwork since we have been married before). Plus more family could go there as opposed to a foreign country. HTH.

Another option to think of is Puntaa Cana, Dominican Republic... but I may be biased...lol

But I agree with Lora... I used BBV as well and they do a good job at getting your wants and giving you locations that would be able to provide that.

Oh and as far as budget... I think it's all over the board... really depends on what you want. I'm sure there have been girls that have had beautifull weddings for under 5k and there are some that want more and have a bigger budget. The beauty of a DW is that it can be anything you want it to be.

Thanks so much for the replies ladies! I want the wedding and honeymoon to be around 10,000. Has to be somewhere safe & all inclusive. I've been looking at some places in Mexico and everything is so cheap there! I would love to get married in Puerto Rico since that is where some of my family is from. OHH The decisions!

So I like the idea of the Dominican Republic!! and I found an all inclusive resort! So that is definitely a contender!

Puerto Rico is tough with all-inclusives, they are going to be more expensive from my experience. But you can contact the regular resorts and they can sometimes come up with a package for you!
