Hey Ladies,
Can you all please provide me with your recommendations
?I'm in the Milwaukee Area and seeking a company thats reasonably priced, takes excellent pictures and captures just about every detail. Providing images on a cd thats not copy righted would also be a plus.

    We are using Black Dog Studios out of Brookfield.  By using their Silver Shooter Karen we are getting a great price and two photographers for the day.  I love Karen's work just as much as the lead photographer and it looks like they get every shot imaginable!  Let me know if you need more info!

    We used Cara Zimmerman, she was great!  She will provide all images on a cd to you, with the copyright.

    I'm using Joe Hang (http://www.joehang.com ), he's based in Manitowoc but shoots in Milwaukee all the time.  His pictures are beautiful and I found his prices to be very affordable, though he may not have as much experience with weddings as other photographers, so your mileage may vary. :\

    We are using Casey Bower - she's in Madison but will come to Milwaukee for a small fee (I think $75ish?). I'm not sure what you mean by reasonably priced, but I thought her packages were well priced for what they include. Her work is beautiful and she does provide CDs with copyright release with her packages.

    Casey Bower has done a few of DS's photo shoots.  I love her pics.  You should check out her year end montage on her web site.  Beautiful. 

    I had Vita Bella out of Oconomowoc and was really happy with them.

    Ken's Digital, by Ken Schafer.  You are hiring Ken, not a member of the staff.  His contract is very complete and he has a great personality to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. 

    Just be sure you hire THE photographer, not the company.  Photography is an art and you don't want to mess around with something that is a tangible investment.

    We just started planning our wedding so I haven't done a ton of searching just yet, but I did come across 2 I really liked - Nicholas Norbert Photography (http://www.nicholasnorbert.com) and Anda Marie Photography (http://www.andamarie.com). They're both in Madison (which is where I think we're going to change our wedding to), but I think most photographers travel at least that far.

    We and tons of people we know have used Ari Rosenthal Photography, either him or one of his photographers.  We really loved the fact that we got the DVD of the images, no pressure to buy album packages and we got to choose the photographer we wanted and meet with her before booking.  Couldn't be happier.

    We went with Joe Hang and have had no regrets.  He's quality of work is very high
