Your dress and accessories

So, we're getting down to the wire and I have a feeling most of you already know what you are wearing...I'm getting there! So far I have my dress and shoes picked out. No idea about jewelry or veil. Here's what I'm thinking, let me know any suggestions and also please share yours! 

My dress (will have straps added):

...and maybe this veil:

I think I may wear my simple diamond pendent necklace. I could scrap diamond idea and borrow pearls from my mom, but I kinda like a blingy idea with my dress. I plan to have my hair 1/2 up with loose curls:

What do you think???

    Your dress is beautiful. I also love the earrings. The veil though, looks a little too white to wear with your dress which looks more ivory. If you go with those earrings I would stick with a simple diamond pendant instead of pearls.

    I agree with Dawn - I am afraid the Mantilla style of veil would "clash" with the lace on your dress. Your dress is absolutely stunning, and I think an intricate veil might distract from your dress. I think if I were you, I would just go with a plain tulle veil with perhaps some crystals or a satin edging rather than the more intricate lace veil.

    I would choose an ivory veil, that was just a random pick! I'll look into a plain tulle...my mom was all about a mantilla veil. I wonder if I could find one more simple?

    Would this be a better match?

    I only plan to wear a veil for the ceremony.

    Yea, if you do a mantilla, just because your dress is so lacy and gorgeous, I would do one that was much more simple - I just did a quick etsy search and found this one which is pretty and less intense: http://www.etsy.com/listing/92827675/julia-mantilla-veil?ref=&sref=

    If you like the look of mantilla I would do one like that....you might just want to try on both a plain tulle and a mantilla when you have your dress on. that was how I decided what veil I wanted - seeing how they actually looked with your dress.

    I LOVE your dress. It's gorgeous. And I love big statement earrings.  I don't know much about veils since I am not wearing one, but I'm not fond of the lace on your veil because it looks a bit too heavy to me. I think wearing a more delicate veil would be better but it's best to try it on with the dress to get a good idea. I hope everything works out for you!

    With your (absolutely GORGEOUS) dress, I wouldn't do diamonds. I would actually do pearls, or maybe even a combo of pearls with diamonds? I just think the dress is simply classic and stunning and pearls would match perfectly.

    Are you dying your shoes? Or are they ivory as well? They look diamond white to me.

    I agree with PP w/r/t the veil situation. :) YOU ARE GOING TO LOOK AMAZING!

    Whoops I forgot to look at your earrings before as I got so distracted by the beautiful dress and the veil situation, haha!

    I love the combo of pearls and diamonds, I think that would be stunning with your dress!

    LOL! Thanks! I'm so excited about the dress! I really like those earrings too! 

    I just saw a pair of earrings on the attire board, would something like this go better? Just seem too "much" going on and maybe I need to find a more simple combo of pearls/diamonds:

    P.S...my shoes are ivory...still lighter than the dress, but pretty comfortable so I'm OK with that!

    Your dress is beautiful.  Are you going for a cap sleeve?  I agree the veil is too much.  I you are set on that style veil can you go to a more sheer and ivory?

    Not set on any specific veil! My mom wanted me to pick manilla so I was just browsing. I am SO behind in picking accessories...sleeves are more of a "banana" sleeve, I think that is what seamstress called it???
