Question for the brides getting married in the Catholic Church.

Hi Girls:

I got a call from our priest yesterday saying that we had to go fill out "Forms A and B" and that we each had to bring two witnesses. Can you tell me what these "forms" are? I'm nervous lol

    Form A is one you and your fiance fill out I think and the Form B you can just get each of your parents to fill them out.  Form B is just really making sure that you guys are getting in good faith and neither of you are being forced and stuff like that nothing to be nervous about lol.  Also, I don't know if you've done it yet, but both you and your fiance will have to take a sort of personlity inventory test thing and then an engaged encounter course and natural planning course.  It takes a while to complete everything so I would make sure you have plenty of time before your wedding.  Hope this helps!
