  Go to avenue flowers in elizabeth, I believe they will charge you less based on how much we are paying, ask for Nathan, he's great!

  Our flowers came out to about 2800 for everything.

  Mine came to about $1k and I got my bouquet, my MOH boquet, 6 bouts, 4 wristlets, flowers for the gazebo, ribbon for 12 aisle chairs, flower petals, 18 mini gerbera daiseys for cocktail hour centerpieces and around venue, and 8 centerpieces (centerpices were very small).

  I dont think its bad, but Im not an expert in this area. I just got my 1st florist quote and I am so uopset since it is about 1k over what I planned on spending (almost $3500) and Im not asking for anything crazy- the cheapest flowers, etc. I guess its cause we have 15 tables so I need so many centerpieces, but Im just upset. I hate how everything I plan on spending for the wedding always ends up being way more arrr

  I am spending about $1600 and I am getting, 1 bridal bouquet, 2 MOH Bouquets, 7 BM Bouquets, 4 Corsages for Mom and grandmas, 13 Bouts, 2 flower arrangements for the gazebo for the ceremony, 20 Centerpieces.
  
  I am using AW Flowers in Kearney.

  kassaby- That sounds like a great deal! Are you having high or low centerpeices? What you listed is about everything I need and I was quoted much higher - Ill have to check out your place. What flowers are you using?

  I was quoted 1960 before tax for my bouquet, six bridesmaid bouquets, seven bouts, 3 corsages, 25 centerpieces, petals for my flower girl and my aisle runner.

  With the type of flower you are using, it seems pretty normal.  But check around places - that's how you know if you are getting a good price or not.

  I'm paying 1500 for 1bridal B., 1 MOH, 3 BMS, 6 bouts, 2 ring bearer bouts, 1 basket with petals, 14 cps, ceremony decor, cake flowers, 42 votive candles

  I just received a quote for $950.  That includes a bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 Jr. Bridesmaid bouquets, 7 bouts, 4 mothers/grandmothers wrist corsages, 20 yellow lilies for centerpieces, 2 arrangements for the ceremony display, and decoration for an arch we'll be standing under.  I LOVED the consultation session and came away extremely excited.  I felt as if the florist took my ideas and my vision and just ran with it all to come up with excellent ideas that were within my budget.  This has been one of my favorite parts of the planning session so far!
