  I think navy blue and orange look great together, and it allows you bring in touches of brown, creams, red, yellow or whatever other colors you are interested in.
  
  Centerpieces could include bare branches either by themselves or with flowers, hanging decorations, or paint them white. Here are some branch ideas from online, the second is more halloweeny but it gives you a good idea of how the colors could look if that's what you want:

  Fall and winter makes me think of warm beverages so you could offer warm apple cider, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. When it comes to snacks you could have a trail mix station (pretzels, m&ms, various nuts, candy corn if it floats your boat), s'mores, candy apples, etc.
  
  Decor decorations could be anything from pumpkins, branches, crystal or acrylic items to represent ice, twinkle lights, lanterns, etc.

  I adore navy blue and orange together. I agree with PP about considering the things that make you think of those seasons. I think of hot chocolate when I think of winter, so maybe a favour like these would work:
   
  
  A couple other cute ideas would be to incorporate it in the dresses. For example longer dresses scream colder weather to me. Here's an inspiration board that's navy/orange. The dresses show what I mean
