Reasonable DJ in Boston Area

Hi Ladies - I need to find a reasonably priced, professional DJ in our area.  Of course I'm falling in love with all the expensive ones out there but I'm afraid they are not in my budget.  Any one have any suggestions?  Thank you!

We're using Curtis Knight's company also, specifically DJ Mark Cherone.  He was recommended by someone on the board, can't remember who!

Hmmm.. I think we're paying $900 for 4 hrs though.  Oh well!

we used aaron topfer (www.1877yourmusic.com) and he was fabulous.  he does get some mixed reviews on here though- people either love him or feel ehhhh.  if you were interested in him, i'm sure several of us would have more to add on him.  hth =)

I forgot to mention John Cristoferi was $800 for 5 hours, played tons of special requests of ours, didn't talk other than introductions, cake cutting announcement, last dance announcement. He's incredibly professional and all all-around great guy. We knew as soon as we met him that he was right for our party.

    Hey there

We used Beat Train Productions. Ari was super helpful, right on target and flexible. Tell him about how much and he might be able to help you out. He definitely did for us.

  • Hey can anyone provide contact info for Mike Falco? He sounds great but seems not to exist on the internet...
  • We used Makin' Entertainment DJ Mike D ($800 for up to 4hr) and my brother used Curtis Knight Entertainment (Curtis & Anna) they both did a really great job.
