Violinist/Cellist - Lake Geneva Ceremony Music

We are getting married on Lake Geneva Cruise Line.  Sure, to save money we can plug in an iPod for our ceremony music, however my dream (if affordable enough) is to have a violin and/or cello playing.  I am at a loss!  The String companies found at bridal shows or on the knot are just too expensive for us.  The ones that do fit into our budget aren't available (we're getting married the Friday of Memorial Day weekend).

Can anyone recommend a musican(s) that play the violin?

    Have you checked with the music departments at the universities and colleges in SE WI and northern IL?

    My sister used a string quartet that was students from Badger High School in Lake Geneva.  They were wonderful, and I believe extremely reasonable.  I want to say it was $75 for them to play pre-ceremony and ceremony music.  Here is the website to the high school:  http://lakegeneva.badger.groupfusion.net/.     Thanks for the recommendations! I have a call in to the music director at the high school.  If that doesn't pan out, I will call the surrounding colleges.  Thanks again!

    Gabriel's Horns...I'm using a violinist for the ceremony only and the price is way more affordable than anything else I have found from professional vendors.

    Hi!!

    I am getting married at the Grand Geneva in June and they advised me of this couple in Chicago.  Paul plays the guitar and his wife, Kerena plays the cello.  At first I was a little hesitant because I wanted all violins.  Then I heard them on the website.  They are wonderful!!!  They are very afordible and are wonderful to work with.  Check out the website .... www.chicagoweddingceremonymusic.com .
