Guest Delete on Wedding Website

I uploaded my guest list several times to the knot without realizing that it actually uploaded. So, now I have each guest in the system 4 times. Is there a way to delete everything and start over again? I deleted all the groups but the guests are still in the general list. Frustrating!

To the left of the Guest list dashboard there is a drop down menu that says "more actions" click on the "batch delete" option. From there you just check all or pick and choose who you want to delete.

Just a word of advice - I would avoid using any "tool" that TK offers.  They tend to have severe IT issues and many brides have lost their entire guestlists.

Excel offers great options in terms of usability.  I would recommend using that instead.

I agree, I do everything with excel and save it in multiple locations.
