Hello- I'm a former knottie from the Appleton area and I used this board quite a bit when I was planning norhern wisconsin wedding 2 years ago. I'm actually posting because my sister got married this weekend at Wild Eagle Lodge in Eagle River, Wisconsin and the venue was amazing! I know when I was on these boards, there were not many brides out there planning a wedding in northern wisconsin, but if there is anyone looking for a venue in that area I would definitely recommend checking it out! The setting is gorgeous for ceremony and reception. There is so much for the guests to do if they stay at the resort. And the best thing honestly was the staff. They were so friendly and accomodating and they were very available to us all weekend to help with whatever we needed. I haven't posted on these boards in a long time, but the experience was so great there I just had to share!
