Hi Ladies. I was just married on July 31st and here are my reviews:
Ceremony Site: Valleybrook Country Club. They were great. I was about 45 minutes late due to the DJ and they had another ceremony after us but they were great with ensuring that my ceremony would be fine and calming me down. They even helped the DJ set up when he finally arrived
Reception site: Luciens Manor. Since my ceremony was so late all my guests ran late to the reception - long story. I asked if cocktail hour could be extended by 30 minutes and they had not problem. The Matrie D was great and ensured that both my husband and I had drinks in our hands
Hair and Make up: Mia Crivaro did a great job. The best thing I could do was to have her meet me at the reception to touch me up and it worked out well. My hair and makeup was great. She also waited for me with out an issue since I was so late.
Photo/Video: Eugenio Photography in Marlboro NJ. They were both on time and were easy to work with. They did my sister's wedding which was why I choose them.
Limo: Arrive In style Luxury Limo ais-limo.com. They were on time and did not charge me for going over my time. We did have a little issue with the shuttle from hotel to reception but they made up for it. They ended up using the mini coach that I had for the family as a shuttle once I was done with it and they didn't charge me. The drivers were also very polite and new exactly what to say when I realized I didn't have a DJ.
DJ: Broadway productions NY. This DJ had been used for both my sisters and brothers weddings and also about 4 other friends that had used them. I had a great relationship with them and we met once and had several calls to go over the music. Two days before the wedding we also talked about songs and he wanted to make sure that everything went well. I would have never thought that they would be so late. From what I understand, the turnpike was backed up from exit 10 - 7 which is over a 30-40 mile strech. They showed up to the ceremony at about 4pm and I was suppose to start at 3:30. I was not happy about this. In the end, the music was awesome and there were always people on the dance floor, even during dinner. He did make it up in the end by returning the cost of the ceremony and ensuring that the music was fantastic. I'm still not too happy with them but in the end everything worked out
