My Publisher Album

Hi, I am posting in a couple of different spots to get several opinions. I am working on our wedding album in My Publisher and after about three months of moving and tweeking the layout, I am finally ready to order (I know... about time!).

I cannot make up my mind if I want to do the matte regular paper option or the high gloss. I know the high gloss brings out the color more, but I have always been a matte photo paper kind of girl. Matte paper always felt more professional, where as the gloss always felt like your standard 4x6 print from the 24 Photo Center....

So with that said, for those of you that have done your album or have experience with My Publisher, what do you prefer and why?

Thank you!

Re: My Publisher Album

  • I ordered my album through mypublisher and I upgraded to the highgloss.  I'm not sure what the matte would have looked like but I really like the highgloss and thinks it looks really nice.

If you haven't ordered yet, make sure you go through ebates.com!  You'll get 5% cashback just for ordering what you would normally order.

You can either use my referral code (LINK!!!) or just go to ebates.com to sign up.  I cannot say enough great things about ebates.  I used them for most of my holiday shopping and just got $123.48 deposited into my paypal for doing nothing more than my normal shopping.  It's awesome and I wish I would have known about them while I was wedding planning.
  • Will the ebates code work along with my 50% off My Publisher coupon?
  • Yep!  You just go to ebates, type in My Publisher and then it just redirects you to Mypublisher's website and you order as usual.
  • One more question... this is my first time using My Publisher, but I am working from the program that I had to download, does it end up taking me back to the site to order and then i can still use the Ebates offer?

    Thank you!
  • For some reason, I can't get MyPublisher to open so I have to do this from memory.  If you are able to save your photobook to your account and open it straight from the website (not using the software), that would be the easiest wayt.

Or you may be able to add the book to your cart from the software.  Then go to ebates, back to mypublisher and check out since the book is in your cart.

Sorry I can't be more help, their website must be overrun with traffic at the moment.  Good luck and you'll love your book :)
