I have a question for the weight watchers ladies do you use all of your daily points everyday I am sometime left with 7or 8 at the end of the day but I am not hungry? Workout: Cardio, Cardio, and more Cardio... at least an hr on the treadmill... I may use some of the nautilus machines... Tomorrow is weigh in hoping for another 2 lbs loss...
