LUMINOUS EVENTS NOLA

Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I have tried contacting Lisa a few times by phone and through their website, but no response. I want a candle decor for my ceremony and reception, so that's why I am wondering if their is any other company in NOLA who does it. Any ideas? Thanks!

    I just had several correspondence with her through email. Did you try during the holidays, because they may have been quite busy. I used to contact link through their site. Hope you get a hold of her!

    Thanks for your quick response QJ. I tried that first. I filled out the form online. Then I  got their number from a post on here and called twice leaving a voicemail both times. As a matter of fact, I just called again today. still no response. not sure what's going on. They are kind of leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Are they the only company that does candle decor in NOLA?

    I'm not sure. I had never heard of anyone doing candle decor in the first place so I was excited to stumble across them. If it makes you feel any better, my last correspondence with her was last Tuesday and I haven't heard back. Maybe they are taking a break after all the holiday madness. We are supposed to schedule a meeting for next week, I'll let you know how it goes...

    Yes, they're still in business because I just put my deposit down. I think they must be getting busier because I usually don't hear back from Lisa for about a week. She also had a problem emailing me once, so it took a couple weeks before we realized it. Once you speak and meet with her though, she's very nice and has great ideas. I was a little nervous too but I've only heard wonderful things about their work and that's all I care about. Good luck!

    I LOVED Lisa! She did my wedding in October and was very quock to respond to me. I know, via facebook, that they've been incredibly busy.
