a GOOD problem to have!

So, I've told everyone how money has been an issue, well, my dad has [finally] started sending checks in $250 increments, and my grandmother (on my dad's side) wanted to help. She sent me a check for $500!!! (I really hope my manipulative, conniving father did not egg her into doing that much...) Now I have all this cash flow and feel overwhelmed with what needs to be done next!! lol Time to organize!

also? Been getting RSVP's!! =] yayyy!

    Awesome!  Congrat's - i'm glad they're coming through for you!  Start prioritizing what needs to be paid soonest.  I'm so excited to pay off the photographer as soon as i get my tax return back!!  2k - gone...but well spent!

    That's awesome news! Definitely just prioritize the spending/payments, like PP said. 

    I know you've been having a lot of issues with your family and money. How is your family treating you, other than this good news?

    As far as my fam, my mom said something about talking to my sis-in-law to maybe "co-host" a bridal shower, so it doens't look like my mom is doing it all. (Although, I doubt anyone around here would care.) My mom had to have had some type of change of heart because all of a suddent she's all about the wedding.

    I'm looking forward to getting it done and over with, though!! lol I've loved planning, but I'm ready to be MARRIED.
