I finished my card box last night. It's nothing fancy but I like it's simplicity. I added the ribbon and pearl dots. This matches the same design on our unity candle set I decorated.

We had our tasting last night.... it was AMAZING. I loved everything!! I am SO glad we found a new caterer so quickly.

I found out how much my veil costs... only $300! You could have knocked me over with a feather; all the other ones I liked were well over $600 and somehow that one I loved was half that! Its my own wedding miracle

I sent in the deposit for our rehearsal dinner venue! I also started on the Ispy cards. I just need to finalize some of the details, with fonts and colors, then I will order them from Vistaprint.

Finalized weekend plans - FI and I are traveling back to PA to meet with a baker and do menu tasting with the caterer. I will feel SO much better when the menus are finalized!

Ashley, I love your card box! And Laura, your centrepieces are really pretty! Congrats on all the checks!

Last night I ordered ties for all the guys. This is FI's:

I also ordered grey vests and dress pants for my brothers (FI wants to hold off another month, planning on losing more weight--I don't think he'll lose enough to change a size, but he insists!).

AND I got a phone call from one of FI's female attendants. She got her dress and loves it! It's this one:

Oh, and we're communicating with our pastor about premarital counseling. Hopefully we can pick up the book/workbooks on Sunday and get started!

Yesterday, I scheduled our cake tasting and our second appointment with the florist for the end of March.

And a big relief of a check - FMIL booked and put down the deposit for the rehearsal dinner. If you remember what happened with our flowers, I was very skeptical that she would actually follow through with the rehearsal dinner.

Flowers purchased -- my friend/flower lady is going to put them together
Cake ordered -- deposit paid, balance due week before wedding
Card box found -- halleluyah!

Tomorrow, my FI and I will be going to register. AND we're going to select photos to create a calendar guest book and check that off the list too!

I put together a wedding planning binder. Kinda late haha but better late than never.

I realized that I was starting to lose track of information so I gathered what I could while at work and put one together using work supplies FTW!

Ordered our invites from Mixbook.com. (I have groupons so I just placed 1 order out of 3 to make sure they turn out ok first.) Keeping my fingers crossed!
