I did a five mile run this morning. Yesterday we had egg, sausage and cheese sandwiches for breakfast; hot dogs for lunch and pasta for dinner.

    No gym since last Monday because of my toe but I'm gonna go today! Saturday I painted for 6 hours so I'm sure that counts as exercise. I'm suprised my arm wasn't tired. I must have built up some muscle. Yesterday I used my thighmaster and did 50 situps. Breakfast~ egg sandwhich on whole wheat bagel thin w mozz cheese and one piece of turkey bacon. Lunch~ salad with one piece of the bad breaded chicken that I jus love! Dinner~ 2 compari tomatoes and a piece of whole wheat pizza with mushrooms and turkey pepperoni. Snack~ fat free fudgecicle

  • I did well on Saturday, but yesterday we ordered chinese and I couldn't resist! (ok, it was my idea to order it!)

    Today I'm planning on doing Body pump and zumba. And trying to stay away from the chinese left overs...
