The week before the wedding, we had come in under budget so I called on a whim and they upgraded me to a 10 passenger limo for only $50 more. They were very flexible in this regard.
The night of the rehearsal, the minister dropped a bomb on me, telling me he needed the groomsman there 40 minutes earlier than he previously told me (after he approved a timeline I had written up). The morning of my wedding at 7:30AM, I called the limo company and asked if there was any possible way they could come 45 minutes earlier. It was no problem at all. I had to pay a little extra (I can't remember the exact amount but it was under $100) but they were there even a little earlier than that. They got everybody where they needed to be on time. They took special care of getting my giant dress into the car also (covering the tire and lifting my dress into the car for me).
