Anyone been to the Four Seasons Hall in Norristown (not the hotel)?

Has anyone every been to or had a wedding reception here? We're having a second reception back here in PA somtime during the second half of 2012 and we need to keep it pretty low budget because his parents will be paying for it and I don't want it to completely drain their wallets. By low budget I mean no more than $60 per person. We won't be having apps or anything like that, just dinner, but I'd still like there to be a dance floor so we can dance. :) Anyhow, if anyone had any other suggestions, that'd be awesome. Thanks!

    Check out Center Square Golf Course which is very nice.  Costs depend on what option you choose, but I've been to parties there and they do a nice job.   Mermaid Lake (Blue Bell) which does have a room for weddings and very affordable dining options. Also Williamsons in Horsham is a possibiility.  I think if you don't use the word "wedding" - just say party, at any place, your prices will be lower.
