non-traditional shower help!!

I'm planning my cousin's bridal shower & my aunt really wants to have a wishing well type thing.  The theme is shoes & accessories so the traditional white floral wishing well doesn't really go.  I am trying to think of other ideas or find vendors that might provide a wishing well type piece in the shape of a shoe or a hat.  Does anyone have suggestions? The shower will take place in the long island area of New York.

    I don't think it's really necessary for the wishing well to be matchy, but maybe you can simply get a big cardboard box and wrap it up with coordinating wrapping paper.
