Can't get PIP?

So I was going to post some E-pics that I got back today, but I can't for the life of me get a picture to "save" after hitting the browse button. Is there some trick that I am missing?

Are you clicking the little tree that's right below where you type? Clicking "browse", selecting a file, and clicking "save" usually works for me.

Yeah that's what I did, but nothing happened...maybe it's my computer? Oh well, not too important
