Newly engaged - suggestions for Memphis, TN area

Hi there.
I am newly engaged and I was wondering if anyone knew of how to do a reasonably priced but classy wedding for 70-100 people in the Memphis, TN area.  I guess I'm looking for 3 things.  Classy, simply done, and cheap.  ;o)
I have family and friends flying in from out of town.  Where do I go for reasonable prices on the wedding ceremony site, the reception, catering (unless at the site already), flowers, photography, cake, etc.  As I am somewhat new to the area as well, I would love some feedback.  Thank you so much for any suggestions you may have.  Greatly appreciated.

Here's a good website to get information from, though I do suggest not giving them a real phone number and making up an e-mail specifically for this type of thing.

As far as Reception sites go, we are going with the Veranda. It's in midtown across from Minglewood hall. for 3104.00 we are getting food, drinks, linens, tables, chairs, the venue and a wedding cake. That price also includes the mandatory gratuity and taxes. The onsite catering is called delectables catering.

I recomend these JDV Photography, it is a husband and wife team that are  building their business (they have done several weddings) and they are very affordable and the best part is you get two photographers for all day on your wedding day (no time limits) http://www.jdv-photography.com/

We also saved money by going non-traditional on our food.  Rather than hire a caterer for $12 or more a person we are having Swanky's set up a full taco/nacho bar for $8 a person.

We also saved a fortune by deciding to have our reception in the backyard garden of my FSIL.  So no site fee.
