Here is my sneak peek from my GREAT photographer:
CLICKY The day was absolutely perfect, emotionally and LOGISTICALLY. The high for the day was 92, and as you can see, the ceremony was perfectly sunny, but at 7pm, it wasn't hot at all.
The ceremony lasted around 20 minutes start to finish, and by the time everyone headed inside there was a HUGE stormcloud, which is great for pictures, and we got some great stormy pics. We really got the best of the changing weather.... we were so incredibly lucky.
And that rainbow pic is a little bit processed in post, but 100% REAL.
A few bumps along the way... one of the FG ended up throwing a fit about her shoes and once I found out her dad kept trying to get her to put them on I much more wanted happy FG than 'perfect' FG!!! So we had homeless/hippie flower girls, which ended up being really cute and sweet.
The three things we did which I am SO happy about, and made the day more special to US were:
-first look
-eating dinner together privately (albeit rushed) after the ceremony before being announced
-private last dance
To me, these things let us have our little moments, and they will forever be ingrained in my heart. I am SO glad we did them. I was a nervous wreck the entire day, but after I saw him at the first look, I was totally chill leading up to the actual wedding. I also loved the few times we got to just look at each other without the hustle and bustle of everyone else around.
Um ok, I guess I'll get some sleep!
