Cheapest uplighting

I do not have a DJ, a friend is singing, but I really want uplighting and spotlighting. Who has the best prices that is also reliable, I know I heard of one place that is supposed to be the best price but the guy is really unprofessional and hard to get a hold of. That is not something I want to worry about on my wedding day. 
I was thinking of Phittsburgh Vibes Unlimited, has anyone else used them for lighting? What did you think of them?

    I am using Erica Lynn Designs. She has very good prices and has been very nice and easy to get ahold of :)

    I hired ADS for my wedding and he showed up 3 hours late to my wedding, brought the wrong colored light gels, and was extremely rude to my family and even threatened to leave and make a scene in front of everyone! He also tried charging us $200 more than agreed upon! He doesn't work with "contracts" which is his way of being able to charge you whatever he wants or just plain not show up! It was an embarrassment that I had guests coming in when he was still setting up lighting! RUN! RUN! RUN!!!!!!!
