I'm watching it right now. I hadn't heard about it until this post. Honestly, it's not great. The acting is pretty terrible; the relationship between the mom and her kids is really strange and not at all believable. And I'm hardly a prude, but the show is pretty bawdy. The opening scene is a guy stealing money and getting a blowjob in a car. Awkward.

On the other hand, they nailed the act of disguising prayer requests as gossip!

I watched it, but I'm undecided. I usually like to watch two or three episodes of a show before I choose whether to continue to watch it. I will say that I recognize it as hyperbole and waaaay exaggerated for comic purposes, so I can't be too upset about content.

I was curious ...i was slightly amused but I think they developed things a lil too fast and I'm not sure if it will run out of steam ... the church stuff was overdone on purpose almost like ned flanders the neighbor on the simpsons and I can laugh at it ... Not everyone can.

I liked it, I thought it was kind of cheesy and a little unrealistic, but still enjoyable. The sad thing is I can totally see woman in an affluent community acting this way, I just think they take it a little too far which makes it cheesy. But I'll keep watching unless it becomes unbearable.

It is a show that started on Sunday on ABC, it stands for "Good Christian Bitches" or "Good Christian Belles" based on a book of the former name.
